A concerned homeowner chose us to install a custom system for their forever home — giving their family safety, peace of mind, and a healthier living environment.

We were referred by a realtor to help Silvia, a new homeowner, who wanted peace of mind after closing on her house. We installed a sub-slab depressurization system to bring radon levels safely below EPA standards, complete with a suction point, PVC piping, a radon fan, and a monitoring gauge. To make the system blend in, we even painted the vent pipe to match the home’s exterior, a small detail that made a big difference. Silvia was thrilled, and we were glad to provide both safety and a clean finish.
