Challenge
The homeowner wanted to improve ventilation in their approximately 1,575 sq. ft. home with a stand-alone ERV system. They specifically wanted the ERV installed independently from the existing HVAC system. Since the HVAC equipment was located in the crawlspace, we needed to identify a practical location for the new system.
Solution
Our team inspected the property and evaluated the home’s layout to determine the best installation approach. We identified the attic as the most practical location for the stand-alone ERV system.
After providing an estimate and receiving approval, we scheduled the installation and completed the work, providing the home with a dedicated ventilation system independent of the existing HVAC system.
