A home in Biltmore Lake with a large basement containing both finished and unfinished areas tested with elevated radon levels. Due to the home's size and layout, a single mitigation system would not effectively address the entire space. The project was especially time-sensitive because the homeowner is a cancer survivor and wanted to reduce radon exposure as soon as possible.
Solution
Solution:
After a thorough evaluation, we determined that two radon mitigation systems were necessary to provide effective coverage. We expedited the estimate, prioritized the installation, and completed both systems promptly, giving the homeowner confidence that their indoor air was being effectively managed.
