Photo Album: Pisgah Forest - Radon Mitigation
This project highlights the installation of a crawl space sub-membrane depressurization system designed to reduce radon levels in line with EPA standards. Our team installed a 6-mil vapor barrier across the entire crawl space, sealing all seams and edges to create a continuous airtight field. A radon suction point and in-line fan were then added to safely vent gases outdoors.
The result: a properly sealed and depressurized crawl space that protects the home’s occupants and provides long-term peace of mind.
