Born and raised in the world of construction, Kimi McBurney is a licensed General Contractor and Home Inspector who brings her deep knowledge of homes to the marketing and education side of Carolina Radon. With years of hands-on experience and an eye for detail, Kimi has a unique talent for making complex topics like radon mitigation and indoor air quality clear and approachable for homeowners.
She lives in Horse Shoe, NC with her husband, their two daughters, a few dogs, a handful of chickens, and one very patient turtle. Passionate about helping families create safer, healthier living spaces, Kimi leads Carolina Radon’s efforts to educate the WNC community, one home at a time.
