Challenge
A contractor building a new home at 190 Hickory Nut Dr wanted to incorporate a passive radon mitigation system into the construction. The goal was to have the radon system planned and installed as part of the home's construction rather than adding mitigation after the home was completed.
Solution
Carolina Radon visited the property to evaluate the construction and determine the appropriate passive system setup. We provided the contractor with an estimate for the installation.
After receiving approval, we scheduled the work and installed the passive radon mitigation system as part of the new home construction, helping prepare the property for long-term radon protection.
