A radon test at Hillcrest Cir, Hendersonville returned a level of 5.3 pCi/L, which is above the EPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L. The real estate agent wanted to quickly determine the estimated cost to address the elevated radon level.
Solution
Solution:
The agent sent us a copy of the radon test results for review. We evaluated the available information and provided an estimate for a radon mitigation system. After approval, we scheduled the work and completed the mitigation installation, providing a solution to address the elevated radon levels before the real estate process moved forward.
