A real estate agent reached out to Carolina Radon requesting a quote for 477 W Ridge Dr in Burnsville. The property was under contract and in the due diligence period, so the buyers needed an estimate quickly to help keep the transaction moving.
Solution
Solution:
We promptly provided the requested estimate, and the seller approved the work. The transaction successfully closed, and we coordinated the mitigation installation for after the closing. Once the transaction was complete, we scheduled the job and completed the radon mitigation system installation as planned.
